Welcome to the café and patisserie at Rouge Bisto. We are a new French bistro restaurant opening in The Junction neighbourhood of Toronto in late-2025.

During the day, we will offer a wide variety of patisseries and viennoiseries using the French recipes and techniques of our sister location Café Rouge Patisserie in The Kingway.

Our most popular items are flakey, buttery croissants, delightful quiches, and originally designed multi-layer cakes. For something more substantial, we also offer hearty sandwiches, soups, salads and sourdough baguettes.

All of our products are made fresh daily by a passionate in-house baking team that delight in bringing you their new creations.

At Rouge Bistro and Patisserie, we love to make connections, cherish moments together, and create lasting memories.
