Shipping Time

Most orders will be delivered within 5-7 business days. Shipping times may vary based on your location and the availability of the item(s) ordered. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the items ordered and the destination of the shipment. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before the order is placed.

Express Shipping

For express shipping, please select the express shipping option while placing the order. Express Shipping options and costs will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Order Tracking

A tracking number can be provided upon request for each order once it has shipped. You can track the status of your order by visiting the carrier’s website and entering the tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the event that a shipment is lost or damaged, please contact us immediately at orders@environmentalfactor.com or 905-686-9909. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, replace the item(s) at no cost to you.

We do not recommend ordering the nematode products if the temperature in your region is below 0°C, or if the product will experience temperatures below 0°C while in transit.
