Welcome to Rouge Bistro. We are a new French bistro restaurant opening in The Junction neighbourhood of Toronto in late-2025.

Inspired by the passion and creativity of legendary French chef Paul Bocuse, Rouge Bistro will offer favourite traditional French dishes with a modern twist as well as new creations. Our cuisine will begin with the freshest and highest quality ingredients that, through the hands of a master chef, will preserve their natural beauty and flavour while being transformed into art.
